Hello, the videos from my shop are .wmv (Windows Media) video format and packed with winRAR.
Winrar is a program for compressing files in a data container.
Like other compressed data container (Winzip etc.), they store files. After having downloaded a file .rar compressed data-container from the internet, you must unzip the content in order to easily use it with the software.
